A few important details:

• Please bring your own 6-foot table and chairs.
• Due to limited space, each booth may have up to 2 children/vendors + 1 parent behind the table.
• Clubhouse Grill will be offering a pancake breakfast, and we’ve hired Santa for photos! 🎅🥞
• I’ll send out a vendor map with your exact booth location the week before the event.

📸 Vendor Spotlight:
Please send me a flyer you’d like us to post OR I’m happy to make one for you! If you’d like me to create it, just send me:
— A photo of your child
— Photos of the items they’ll be selling
— Their booth/business name

I’ll pull the rest of the information from your application.

Last year we had 200+ people attend, and several of our young vendors completely SOLD OUT! Please plan to have plenty of product available.

We do have some vendors offering similar types of items this year. Rather than turning kids away, we want to encourage everyone to get creative and find ways to make their products unique! Different colors, styles, themes, designs, packaging, etc. will help each booth stand out.

We are SO excited to see what everyone creates and to have another amazing day supporting our young entrepreneurs! 🎄❤️
